Z -- REPAIR HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, MANSFIELD HOLLOW LAKE, MANSFIELD, CONNECTICUT SOL DACW33-96-B-0018 DUE 032096 POC Jerry Nunziato, 617-647-8424 The work of this project consists of hydraulic system repairs at Mansfield Hollow. Hydraulic repairs involve replacing 650 gallons of hydraulic fluid, cleaning of the hydraulic reservoir, installing a breather filter, magnetic separator, shutoff valves, 11 pressure gages, and 5 directional control valves. Hydraulic repairs also include the partial disassembly and cleaning of the inside of five cylinders, remachining of one cylinder bore and replacement of its piston rings. Estimated cost of the work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Work shall be completed within 120 calendar days. Plans and specifications available on or about 021496 at a cost of $10.00 per set.
