Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material, and perform all operations necessary to provide eighty (80) trailers for All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs). Color shall be flat black. Size to be 81'' L x 48'' W, measuring from front wall of trailer to end of tongue. Trailer material to include fenders, shall be steel stool plate for floor and ramp (no expanded metal) removable trailer tongue and does not have to be offset to accommodate height of towing vehicle and be completely removable. Sides and front to be 18'' H and welded to the frame of the trailer with ramp/tailgate solid and removable, 30'' H. Tailgate shall serve as ramp. Axle to have 1000 pound capacity and welded to bottom of trailer. Hitch must fit 1 7/8'' ball. Tie down hooks must have at least four to allow for the securing of a cover. Wheel hub to have a 4'' bolt circle, four hole design and rated for 2000 lbs. Wheels need to be 7 3/4'' W x 11'' tail wheel. Fenders must suit tires and wheels and can be welded to body of trailer. Size must be within industry standards. One spare tire mounted on the front exterior of the trailer. No utility lights required. Bid issue and opening dates are tentative.
