Any offeror must meet signature qualification requirements in order to be elegible for award. The required delivery schedule is January 1996. Numbered Note 22 applies. This action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Rockwell International, Collins Avionics Communications Div., 350 Collins RD. NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498 under the authority of FAR 6.302. Rockwell is the designer, developer and sole producer of this AN/ARC-182(V) equipment.
