This notice is being made to generate interest in the requirement for the provision & installation of equipment necessary to upgrade the existing computer graphics system located at the Administrative Support Center East's Technical Presentation Branch at New Cumberland, PA. All offerors will be required to provide a technical proposal with their offer to include data, in sufficient detail, in order to allow for evaluation of the proposed equipment's capability to integrate with the existing system. The current system includes an AZTEK Artcenter and Studio System utilizing a graphics tablet and keyboard, a system console, monitor and a high resolution color monitor as output devices for sending files to a film recorder, dye-sublimation printer, a b/w printer and a Hewlett-Packard plotter. The software system includes AZArtist, AZconnect, Production Manager, and ALDUS PageMaker 4.0. Offerors are hereby advised that this procurement action is not restricted and shall be pursued on a full & open competitive basis.
