70 -- IBM DATA CENTER LICENSES SOL ATD-124-TA-95/1641 POC Contact Tom Antoniel, (205)544-5087 CSC intends to issue a GSA Delivery Order against International Business Machine Corporation's (IBM) FY 96 GSA Schedule GS-35F-0001D for the IBM licensed products deployed across the four (4) NASA ADP Consolidation Center (NACC) mainframes located at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) AL. The period of performance for these licenses shall be effective as of 1 October 1995 through 30 September 1996. The licenses are being acquired as Federal Termination License Charge (FTLC) licenses and are in various stages of pay-out. Interested persons have 15 days from the date of publication of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e. technical specifi- cations, brochures, and price list with proposed discounts) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/capabilities/ and pricing (with proposed discounts) will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
