The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is interested in receiving proposals under a NASA Research Announcement (NRA 96-OSS-01) for basic scientific reserach in the areas of planetary geology and geophysics and planetary materials and geochemistry. Participation in this program is open to all categories of organizations, both domestic and foreign: industry, educational institutions, other nonprofit organizations, NASA Centers, and other Government agencies. A more detailed description of the opportunity with guidelines for proposal preparation is available either electronically or in paper copy. Paper copies of the NRA can be obtained after February 13, 1996, from the relevant program discipline scientist at Code SLC, NASA Headquarters, Washington, DC 20546-0001.
