A -- NASA RESEARCH ANNOUNCEMENT SOL NRA-96-OSS-02 POC Dr. Hashima Hasan tel: 202/358-0377 NASA's Office of Space Science solicits proposals for research in support of the ongoing and future Ultraviolet, Visible, and Gravitational Astrophysics Suborbital Research Program. Participation is open to all categories of organizations, including industry, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, corporations, NASA Centers, and other Government agencies. This solicitation will be open through May 13, 1996; proposals may be submitted throughout this period. Beginning February 15, 1996, the NASA Research Announcement (NRA) will be available electronically from the NASA FTP server and the World Wide Web. You can connect from an Internet host with the command ''ftp ftp.hq.nasa.gov.'' You should use ''anonymous'' for the user name and enter your email address for the password. Files containing the NRA and the Appendices in various formats are located in a directory entitled ''/pub/astrophysics/NRAs/UV_Visible/Suborbital''. Download the file entitled ''README'' which contains a listing of the NRA files and information about retrieving the files electronically.
