This is a sources sought synopsis for the purchase of one Ruggedized, Portable Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) needed for near real-time analysis of atmospheric samples. The data system must be an integral 486 processor or better for control of all built-in features, must have built in modem and software, must support commercial MS libraries such as Hewlett-Packard, NIST, Wiley, Stan and Pfleger, must be compatible with commercial data reduction software package such as Hewlett-Packard Enviroquant.
