SYNOPSIS: This solicitation for Bids is for the construction of residential driveways, sidewalks, fencing, yard landscaping and irrigation for 102 recently renovated units. The work includes demolition, clearing and grubbing, grading, drainage, asphaltic paving, concrete paving, irrigation, landscaping and incidental work is required.--Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.--The proposed contract is being solicited as UNRESTRICTED. If an award is made to a Large Business, an aggressive subcontracting plan for small businesses and small disadvantaged businesses is required.--The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1771 and related small business size standard is $7,000,000.
