The Army Intelligence and Security Command, on behalf of the National Ground Intelligence Center, Charlottesville, VA intends to issue a sole source contract to the Georgia Tech Research Corporation (GTRC) for technical support in the specific area of radio-frequency signature simulation by means of computational electromagnetics. This will be accomplished through upgrades to the unique government-owned software code called TRACK (initially developed by GTRC). The requirement is being acquired under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). ''Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.''
