Pacific Northwest National Laboratory is conducting a survey seeking to identify potential licensees for the marketing and distribution of a software package developed for the Department of Energy. The Marmot internet publishing system allows end users to easily and completely manage their information on a remote Internet server, using a cross-platform graphical user interface. Marmot system software uses client-server technology supporting Windows and Macintosh clients, and is portable to UNIX. Marmot provides a framework for extensive task plug-ins, which allow the server to be readily customized to meet user's needs.
