Concerns having the ability to provide a Community Corrections Center facility and services for male and female Federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in Chatham County, Georgia. Estimated number of mandays is 16,060 (13,140 males and 2,920 females) for the base period. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a February 15, 1996. Estimated closing date is o/a April 16, 1996. Contract base period is two years, with three one-year options. Estimated number of mandays is 8,395 (6,935 males and 1,460 females) for option year one; 8,760 (7,300 males and 1,460 females) for option year two; and 9,125 (7,300 males and 1,825 females) for option year three to renew.
