furnish all labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation, and do
all things necessary to maintain, repair, inspect and test equipment
that consists of various makes, models, and sizes of gasoline, propane,
and diesel powered small engines at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Service to
be provided, on an as-required basis, includes: (1) preventive
maintenance; (2) repairs to non-functioning equipment; (3) inspection
to assess repairs required for non-functioning equipment; and (4)
off-season storage preparation. Parts and fluids to be provided on a
reimbursable basis. Contractor is responsible for furnishing
manufacturers' flat rate manuals for the equipment to be serviced. The
type of equipment to be serviced includes, but is not limited to:
edgers, foggers, generators, trimmers, blowers, saws, pumps,
rototillers, sprayers, weed eaters, compactors, heaters, and lawn
mowers. This requirement is for a 12-month base period with four 1-year
options. This solicitation will also include ''Option to Extend
Services'' clause which permits the Government to extend the contract
up to six (6) additional months within the limits and at the rates
specified in the contract. See Note 1. All responsible small business
