The objectives of the contract remain the same, that is, to strengthen Morocco's in-country training capacity and to improve Moroccan managerial and technical skills for economic development and private sector expansion. The modification is needed to ensure that the project applies its training mechanisms to the Mission's current objectives in basic education, health/population, and democracy while integrating new Agency standards for human capacity development.
