TEST & EVALUATION SYMPOSIUM AND EXHIBITION XII The American Defense Preparedness Association (ADPA), in cooperation with the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the International Test and Evaluation Association (ITEA), and will conduct a national level symposium on Test and Evaluation on 20-23 February 1996 in Nashville, Tennessee. This is the 12th symposium in a series entitled ``Government and Industry-Partners in Testing''. The theme of this year's symposium is ``Sharing Government and Commercial Test Facilities and Expertise''. The local host is the USAF Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC) in Tullahoma, TN. A tour and program will be offered at AEDC as part of one session; the remainder of the symposium will be conducted in Nashville, TN. This symposium will provide a forum to examine the need and opportunity for, and experience in, government and commercial partnerships. A series of case studies will examine a variety of partnerships, focusing on the process of achieving the partnerships, the obstacles, benefits, impacts on testing, lessons learned and recommendations for extension to other sectors. There will be a Town Meeting type discussion to candidly review BRAC related issues, followed by sessions on Government-Industry case studies, Government-Government case studies, International cases, and finally sessions focusing on air, land and sea systems and modeling & simulation/C31 issues. In addition, technical papers will be presented and government and industry exhibits will be displayed throughout the symposium.
