S -- INTEGRATED PEST CONTROL MANAGEMENT SERVICES SOL 542-4-96 DUE 022696 POC Contracting Officer, Harry Pearson, (610)383-0202 The Contractor will be obligated to provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation to perform Integrated Pest Control Management (IPCM) Services at this VA Medical Center. There is approximately 52 buildings and grounds areas which will be serviced under the proposed contract. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and local ordinances, and with the Contractor's Procedures Manual and Quality Control Manual, and with the available specifications. This solicitation is available for full and open competition. SIC code 7342 applies to this service, and the Small Business Size Standard is $3.5 million average annual receipts for the previous three years.
