S -- CLEAN LIFT STATIONS, OIL/WATER SEPARATORS AND GRIT CHAMBERS SOL F16602-96-Q0379 DUE 013196. Contact Jackie Anderson, Contract Specialist, 318/456-4842, or Betty Stalder, Contracting Officer, 318/456-6890. Cleaning lift stations, oil/water separators and grit chambers. Work shall include pumping out all liquids, cleaning the systems thoroughly and properly removing and disposing of all waste and sludge. The Government will pump down the lift stations and separators before cleaning starts. Cleaning includes scraping or scrubbing of all surfaces, removal of all oil, sludge, sediment, debris and other waste and rinsing of all surfaces. Disposal techniques will be contingent upon characterization of the sludge. Government will provide map of locations. Area is within confines of Barksdale AFB, LA. Issue date is approximately 31 Jan 95. Bid opening date on or about 9 Feb 96. See Note 1. (022)
