U -- F15/F-16 AIRCREW TRAINING/COURSEWARE DEVELOPMENT SOL F44650-96-R0006. Due 050296. POC Walda Patton, Contract Manager (804) 764-4247; Della Shelton, Contracting Officer. Nonpersonal services to provide Combat Air Forces with aircrew training and courseware development of the F-15 and F-16 aircraft. The training will consist of academic and ground device training for F-15 and F-16 pilots. Seymour Johnson AFB, NC is the place of performance for all courseware development and will support the F-15E FTU. F-15 aircrew training will also take place at Eglin AFB FL and Langley AFB VA. F-16 aircrew training places of performance include Cannon AFB NM, Moody AFB GA, Hill AFB UT and Shaw AFB SC. The successful offeror will assume full training and courseware commitments for the basic contract year on 01 October 1996. Any required phase-in will be accomplished prior to 01 October 1996. Four one-year options are planned for the period beginning 01 October 1997 and ending 30 September 2001. The solicitation will be issued on or after 11 March 1996.
