The contractor will be required to conduct a site management survey to determine exact locations, quantities and capabilities of existing copiers. The contractor will be required to provide rental copier units of comparable quality, workload, volume capability. In addition, the contractor shall be required to provide all parts, service/maintenance,and operating supplies exclusive of paper.
