This is an Indefinite Quantity contract. The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and management necessary to fulfill the requirements of delivery orders issued by the Contracting Officer. This work shall include but is not limited to removing, repairing/ constructing metal studs or wood framed walls, doorways, doors, windows, ceilings, counters, cabinets, braces, shelves, dropped acoustical ceilings, wall base moldings, trim, metal/wood frames, security wire coverings, fasteners, wall coverings, (wallpaper, kydes, etc.), drywall, spackling, ceramic tile, floor coverings (vinyl tile, seamless sheet products, quarry tile, etc.), miscellaneous hardware, and painting. The Contractor shall provide superivision in accordance with Contracts Clause, 52.236-6, Superintendence by the Contractor (JUN 1994) for each delivery order. The Estimated Cost Range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The Standard Industrial Code is 1751. The Small Business Size Standard is $7 million. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted.
