McGuire, 915-696-2679, FAX 915-696-3676. Construct Project No. FNWZ 91-0047A/B. Project calls for renovation of an existing 18,000 SQFT aircraft maintenance dock (Hanger). Work includes removing and replacing existing interior electrical, lighting, and heating. Work also includes providing a Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) fire suppression system, compressed shop tool air piping and personnel breathing air piping. Asbestos abatement is also included. Hangar exterior work consists of providing new shingle roof, providing new liner panels on existing sheet metal exterior, replacement of building transformer and switchgear and extension of a vehicle access concrete driveway. Also included is construction of a new 3200 SQFT addition to hangar. Addition will comprise of repair shop areas, office space, mechanical room and bathrooms complete with showers. All work to be complete and in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. funds are not yet available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract.
