Waterman, (520)629-4614 This is a design-build contract to replace an existing natural gas distribution system of approximately 6,200 linear feet serving 16 buildings with a new polyethylene distribution system which includes point of use metering. The work includes replacement of and modifications to boiler plant individual boiler fuel train piping. The successful bidder will be required to complete design and construction documents prior to commencement of any construction work. Contract award will be based on evaluation of proposals in terms of technical, cost and experience information provided. Bid packages will be available to all qualified bidders on or about February 7, 1996.
