The work consists of demolition, removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials, sheet metal work, rough carpentry, roof insulation for EPDM membrane, metal roofing, caulking, sealing and painting. Roofing shall be removed by a certified asbestos abatement contractor. Quantities are: Removal of Existing Roof - 428 SQ, Disposal of Asbestos Material - 428 SQ, New 24 Ga. Metal Roofing - 428 SQ, and New Gutters 2634 SF. Estimated magnitude of project is between $250,000 and $500,000. One Job. Completion time is 120 calendar days from date of contract award.
