Work includes but is not limited to: In the Kansas Village Housing Area (Lot II) existing built-up roofs are to be replaced with elastomeric membranes; the balance of the buildings are in the Main Post Housing Area (Lot I) and have strip shingles which will be replaced in-kind. All buildings are occupied. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract. Multiple award provision is included. Ordering period is 365 days from date of contract award. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $7.0 million.
