Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, and includes alteration of existing two-story dormitory facility to provide room-bath-room configuration. Approximate square footage of the building is 24,510 SF. This project includes electrical, structural, and mechanical modification. Both asbestos and lead-based paint are present and will need to be remedied. A fire sprinkler system will be added to the building. Site improvement around the are will also be part of the project. Performance period for Firm Fixed Price construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 365 days. To receive a solicitation package, requests must be in writing.
