The additive items for this project include, demolition and renovation of existing toilets, showers, lockers, entries and chlorine room, new sauna, spa, and picnic area. Additive items will be bid on as part of this solicitation, however, are not currently funded and will only be added to the work to be accomplished if funds are made available prior to award of the project. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Estimated magnitude of this project, to include additives, is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. This acquisition is unrestricted.
