Project includes but is not limited to providing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to remove fuel, environmental safe guarding and the reconfiguring of various diesel generator fuel systems located at 50 Launch Facilities (LFs) in the Grand Forks AFB, ND missile complex in strict accordance with plans for Project, JFSD# 960057. General work description consists of removing fuel from underground storage tanks and diesel generator day tanks and transporting the fuel from the missile facilities to Grand Forks AFB. Work includes disconnecting electrical solenoid valves, reconfiguring the existing piping and capping the ends of the abandon fuel lines and general clean-up. The abandoned missile facilities fuel piping systems shall be capped, with exception of a venting requirement. The magnitude is between $100K and $250K. The period of performance will be 365 days. This project will be issued unrestricted. Project requirements will be made available on or about 09 Feb 96. (019)
