The purpose of this project is to provide for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality contract so that delivery orders may be issued for general construction for the work located in the USDA's facilities at 14th & Independence Avenue, S.W. Washington. The duration of the contract is 365 calendar from date of award. There are four option periods that each provide for an additional 365 calendar days.
