15 -- TACTICAL UAV ACTD SOL N00019-93-R-0010 DUE 031896 POC Contact, LCDR Gary Broadwell, Phone (703)604-0903 This notice serves to notify all offerors of the release of the formal RFP for the Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (TUAV) Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD). The formal RFP will be electronically released on or about 01 Feb 96 using the same procedures used for release of the draft RFP. No copies of the RFP will be mailed or available for pick-up. Procedures for downloading the RFP via the Internet homepage or using the Electronic Bulletin Board are outlined in the CBD synopsis, Issue #PSA-1514 dated 22 Jan 96. The Internet homepage address is ''http://www.redstone.army.mil/jtuav/''. The draft RFP was electronically released on 18 Jan 96. Comments and questions on the draft RFP continue to be highly encouraged and may be submitted at any time; however, Government responses will only be provided to those questions submitted prior to 28 Jan 96 in order to meet the 01 Feb 96 anticipated release date of the formal RFP. Procedures for submitting and reviewing questions and comments on the draft RFP are also addressed in the CBD notice outlined above. Offerors will be allowed 45 days from the electronic release date of the RFP to prepare and submit their proposals.
