This requirement is for acquisition of 35 each Global Positioning Systems(GPS) sensors capable of interfacing with the Litton LTN-92 Ring Laser Gyro Interial Navigation System. All systems shall be installed in the aircraft cited above and flight tested. These systems must be FAA certified and Aeronautical Radio Inc.(ARINC) compliant and additionally must be compliant with the applicable equipment Technical Standard Order C129, Class C4 for installation in non-military general avaition capable aircraft. This aircraft modification is the second phase of the continuing effort to equip US Customs Service aircraft with GPS capabilities for the Interial Navigation System. Negotiation will be conducted solely with the Litton Aero Products Div. of Litton Systems Inc. in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source.
