The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Divison, White Oak Site requires Triaxial Magnetometers and associated cabling and connectors as follows. The base requirement consists of Triaxial Magnetometers (141 each), documentation and manuals, instrument cable connectors (5 each), and instrument cable with connectors in the following lengths and quantities: (1) 200 ft. (2 each); (2) 150 ft. (39 each); (3) 140 ft. (25 each); (4) 130 ft. (25 each); (5) 120 ft. (25 each); and (6) 110 ft. (26 each). An optional requirement to purchase addtional Triaxial Magnetometers (55 each), documentation and manuals, and instrument cable with connectors in the following lengths and quantities: (1) 160 ft. (30 each) and (2) 100 ft (25 each). Specifications for the above base and optional items will be detailed in the respective solicitation document. This procurement has been 100% set-aside for small business concerns. However, for reporting purposes, vendors submitting requests for this solicitation document shall disclose whether the company is a small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), or HBCU in accordance with SIC Code 3829 which establishes the small business size standard as 500 people.
