Amended - In accordance with FAR 16.503, it is the Government's intent to award a Requirements Type contract to fulfill all requirements for this item from the successful offeror on this solicitation for the fiscal years 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000. Estimated quantities for FY 1996 are 72 each, for FY 1997 are 27 each, for FY 1998 are 72 each, for FY 1999 are 72 each and for FY 2000 are 71 each. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Interested firms are instrcted to seek source approval in order to compete for this solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List Procedures. The source approval package must be submitted 120 days prior to estimated date of award of 30 May 96. These procedures may be obtained from the Contracting Officer.
