The Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, White Oak Site, has a sole source requirement for additonal services on an existing contract with 3M, Inc., which includes providing materials, services and quality control necessary to produce any of the following items on an as needed basis: high quality classified/unclassified CD-ROM mastering from ISO 9660 premastered GFM on DAT tape; classified/unclassified replication disks with up to a 2 color label with unique customer specified identifying numbers on replication disks. An American-owned, DISCO certified facility must be used for the mastering and replication of disks containing classified material. See Note 22. (0024)
