No new antenna/terminal/building construction is permitted at Offutt AFB, NE; Thule AB, Greenland, Waianae, HI or Monterey, CA. Should the contractor have to locate equipment outside any of these Government facilities, the contractor shall be responsible for providing any interconnecting cabling required to reach the dmarc point.
