(NLETS) for a law enforcement database system which consists of a national network of state and local crime information. This service includes: Membership, Data Circuit and Terminal charges. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Only written requests are acceptable. Firms must submit a capability statement and all pertinent information identifying their capability to supply the required equipment. This information will be considerd only if clear and convincing documentation, including technical and pricing information, is received by this office within 15 days after the publication of this notice. No solicitation document is available. A request for documentation will not be considered an affirmative response. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted.
