Title and number of pages of the notified document: Draft Mexican Official Standard NOM-034-FITO-1995, Establishing the Requirements and Phytosanitary Specifications for the Notice of Initiation of Operations by Natural or Legal Persons Interested in the Manufacture, Formulation, Formulation by Maquila (In-Bond) Regime, Formulation and/or Maquila (In-Bond) Regime and Importation of Agricultural Pesticides. 6. Description of content: This Mexican Official Standard is mandatory throughout Mexican territory and is intended to establish the requirements for enterprises engaged in the manufacture, formulation, formulation by maquila (in-bond) regime, formulation and/or maquila (in-bond) regime and importation of agricultural pesticides. 7.
