ICS numbers may be provided in addition, where applicable): Construction products which have no reaction to fire. 5. Title and number of pages of the notified document: Proposal for a Commission Decision on Implementing Article 20 of Council Directive 89/106 on Construction Products (9 pages). 6. Description of content: This Decision supplements Decision 94/611/EEC on the classification of construction products with respect to their reaction-to-fire performance. It specifies the list of products for which a reaction-to-fire test is unnecessary. 7. Objective and rationale: Implementation of the internal market through technical harmonization. 8.
