This modification provides the revised closing date for the proposed contracts. The U.S. EPA, Region II requires cleanup services as specified in delivery orders for time-critical and rapid remedial actions for the States of New Jersey and New York. Two proposed Time/Materials, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts are contemplated for the removal of hazardous substances to be conducted under Section 104 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (Superfund). All those who responded to the notices published March 2, 1995 and October 23, 1995 will automatically receive a copy of the solicitation package. It is not necessary for those concerns to respond to this notice. For those new concerns requesting the solicitation package requests may be faxed to 212/637-3410. A Pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. on 27th February 1996 at the address indicated above. Participants attending Pre-proposal conference are required to submit a written request via facsimile. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted.
