Antitrust Division, Civil Division, Civil Rights Division, and Criminal
Division on an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity task order
basis. This requirement will be conducted in conjunction with the
Automated Litigation Support to be obtained under Solicitation
JSJMD-96-R- 0020. Quality Assurance services required include sampling
of Automated Litigation Support contractor deliverables, such as
microfilmed or scanned images, photocopies or other hard copies, coded
documents, database records, etc., to ensure that Automated Litigation
Support contractor deliverables are in compliance with contract
specifications, and to provide the Government with a basis for
accepting or rejecting Automated Litigation Support contractor
deliverables. Quality Assurance services are also provided for
functions such as Records Management and Case Management. Specific
services and products to be acquired under individual task orders will
support the above listed Department of Justice (DOJ) litigating
Divisions, as well as other DOJ components and Federal agencies on a
nationwide basis. Period of performance will cover five (5) years
including options. The Government is considering a small business set
aside for this requirement under SIC code 7374 ''Computer Processing
and Data Preparation and Processing Services'' which carries a size
standard of $18.0 million in annual receipts. An overview of this
acquisition and a draft of the solicitation are currently available on
the DOJ Internet site. The Internet address is http://www.usdoj.gov
and all documents reside on the ''Justice Department Gopher Server''
under the ''Requests for Proposals'' menu item. Planned issue date for
the final solicitation is on or about 3/1/96. In the interest of
keeping reproduction and mailing costs to a minimum, the Department
requests that all interested parties review the documents on the
Internet before submitting capability statements or requesting a copy
of the solicitation. The final version of the solicitation will also be
available (to the extent possible) on the Internet. All requests for
the solicitation document shall be made in writing to the contracting
