The New Jersey Highway Authority (NJHA), New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA), Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ), and the South Jersey Transportation Authority (SJTA), hereinafter referred to as ``the Consortium,'' are inviting prospective vendors and contractors interested in providing electronic toll collection development and installation services and related customer service center services to submit information and qualifications as set forth in the Request for Information and Qualifications (RFI/RFQ). These submittals are desired in the interest of soliciting input from the vendor community, prior to the development of a detailed Request for Proposals and to pre-qualify respondents for the completion of these tasks. The qualification information to be submitted to the Consortium is set forth in the RFI/RFQ. The RFI/RFQ will be available on or after January 29, 1996 at the New Jersey Turnpike Authority Building, East Brunswick, New Jersey, 08903. Documents can be mailed to prospective respondents on or after that date listed above by written request.
