Turner, Jr. Project involves obtaining real estate appraisal services from professional,state general certified appraisers, on properties located within Colorado, Nebraska,South Dakota, Wyoming, Kansas, Nevada and Idaho. The properties to be appraised maybe developed and/or undeveloped parcels with various Highest and Best Uses. Theproperty rights (estate) appraised may be fee simple or less than fee simple. Market rent estimates may be required for leased administrative sites and improvements. One or more narrative appraisal reports will be required for eachassignment. Anticipated issue date for solicitation package is February 8, 1996.The Forest Service intends to issue a one-year contract, with four one-year optionspossible.
