The project provides for selective repairs and/or replacement of identified architectural, mechanical, and Electrical Systems in Buildings 136, 137B, 270, and 990 at Ellington field. Work also includes replacement of interior and exterior building and roofing components, air-conditioning and condensing units, related mechanical equipment, electrical panels, transformer wiring, and associated lighting protection as it is identified. The period of performance is 250 calendar days. The SIC code is 1541. This procurement is being conducted under the NASA/JSC MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy on April 16, 1993 and is a small business set-aside acquisition.
