Work requirements consist of: Demolish existing building and perform all site demolition restoration work. Existing building is an approximately 26,000 SF woold framed structure with built-up roof and shingles, exterior insulation and finish system, concrete slabs and/or wood joist floors, concrete column spot footing and continuous wass footings. Building demolition: 98%. Site restoratio: 2%. Magnitude of Construction = $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Completion time = 60 Calendar days. This aquisition is unrestricted. The approximate issue/response date will be 13 Feb 96. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
