Construct a temporary chemical cleaning process and relocate existing process equipment including installation of temporary piping, electrical, and exhaust systems. Demolish existing cleaning area including removal of ceiling and mechanical/electrical systems as required. Demolition will include removal of asbestos containing floor tile. Construct a new Class 300,000 chemical cleaning facility including new metal stud walls, gypsum board ceiling, air lock vestibule, environmental control system, process exhaust system, process piping, and electrical power/lighting systems. Also included will be the construction of a new mechanical room, reinstallment of existing process equipment, balancing, testing and commissioning of new mechanical/electrical systems, and the removal of all temporary facilities. Estimated cost range of this project is from $100,000 to $250,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $17.00 (half size) and $25.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
