PR-NO: PR 96-11-10 provide a new CNC tube bending machine in accordance with MIL-B-80161C, dated 11 Sep 87, as modified by purchase description DGSC-jhtb-95-11-1042, dated 29 Nov 95, with installation (to include the machine foundation delivery and training at Edwards Air Force base, CA. Th award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The required delivery is 180 days after contract award. The Solicitation includes dfars 252.225-7017, providing for a preference for domestic machines, I.E., those manufactured in the United States or Canada. Offers based on foreign machines will not be considered unless NO domestic machine is offered at a reasonable price anda waiver is obtained. Because of limitations on available space fot the CNC tube bending machine, there will be a pre-proposalconference at Edwards Air Force base, CA, on 14 Feb 96 AAT 9:00 a.M.
