SWIZEWSKI, (215)697-9639 Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Philadelphia intends to solicit on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive Basis to acquire CENTREX services for up to approximately 8,000 telephone stations on the Great Lakes Naval Base and tenant activities located in the Great Lakes area from the Ameritech Centeral Office, Illinois. The serivces include outside plant, Direct Inward and Outward Dialing (DIOD), all maintenance and service responsibilities. The service provide access to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), Defense Switched Network (DSN) and Federal Telecommunications Systems (FTS-2000). All responsible sources may be submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Fleet an Industrial Supply Center. Services shall be provided for the period 01 March 1996 through 30 September 1996 with six one year renewal options.
