All routine orders for blood will be delivered within 24 hrs following request. Emergency orders must be avail for delivery within 30 mins. Offers will only be considered from blood banks who are able to provide 100% volunteer blood. Offerors must be currently registered and/or licensed with the FDA & Dept of Health & Human Svcs. The proposed contract will be for the period of 1 yr. Interested parties may request a solicitation package in writing from the address noted in this announcement.
