The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to purchase one each Microwave Wide Band-Width Receiver and delivered to Ft Huachuca, AZ. This requires a system which tests vulnerability to electronic support measures. This system shall be a microwave superheterodyne receiver with a frequency range of 1 to 18 GHz and optionally up to 40 GHz. This receiver shall be installed in the electronic warfare monitoring facility. It shall have a frequency accuracy of 100 KHz and selectable IF bandwidth of up to 500 MHz wide. It shall be controllable through an IEEE-488 interface. All responsible sources may submit an offer. All requests for the solicitation must be submitted in writing. (023)
