The Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA, is soliciting information from firms able to furnish services to collect, recover, download, reduce, analyze, collate, present and store Flight Data Recorder (FDR) and other data in support of FDR programs. Work will require engineering support in the form of program recommendations, hardware, software, hardware-software integration and documentation to fully integrate, operate and maintain the Services Safety Center FDR data analysis systems and for data analysis system upgrades and expansions. The contractor will be responsible for evaluation of FDR data and other mishap data and information, and identify lessons learned from aircraft mishaps, identify proactive mishap prevention measures for application to fielded and developmental aircraft mishaps. The contractor will provide mishap analysis and support by assisting the Service Safety Centers in all phases of mishap data statement about personnel, experience, management and quality assurance including past performance. No solicitation exist. Information received will be reviewed to determine whether competitive sources exist. Firms responding should show that they are able to offer services of experienced personnel in the following categories: Flight Data Analysts, Aeronautical Engineers, Flight Data Specialists and Aircraft System Safety.
