In addition, the selected firm(s) or subcontractors may be asked to install and sample groundwater monitoring wells, underground storage tanks (UST's), transformers, and containerized HTW. The selected firm should have their own laboratory and the necessary training and OSHA certification to conduct work at HTW sites.
